We partner with other libraries like Ashland Public Library and Tewksbury Public Library in Massachusetts to bring you a wide variety of topics and authors!

A History of Shipwrecks with Retired Captain Greg Ketchen – October 24 at 1pm via Zoom
Join us virtually as retired Captain Greg Ketchen discusses historic shipwrecks that have occurred south and east of Massachusetts. Learn about the region that has been called the Graveyard of the North Atlantic with over 3,000 wrecks here since European sailors first began exploring the shores of the western Atlantic.

Join us for an engaging talk where Dr. Dyck will share current polling data and forecasts and discuss the current state of American politics, with the 2024 election as the backdrop.

Dr. Dyck will also share insights from his recently published book, The Power of Partisanship, such as how partisanship influences the electorate’s support for democratic norms, willingness to engage in risk related to financial and healthcare decisions, interracial interactions, and previously non-political decisions like what we like to eat for dinner.

The book places the power of Native nations at its center. From the rise of ancient cities more than a thousand years ago to fights for sovereignty that continue today.
