Free meals don’t end when school is out for the summer.
The Nevins Library is a meal site for Methuen Public Schools in collaboration with Project Bread/DESE to provide free meals to kids and teens, with no registration or I.D. required!
On Monday through Friday, from June 24th until August 23rd for Lunch (11am-12pm) a van will be here with the lunches (while supplies last that day). Kids and Teens can pick up a lunch, and then even stay and enjoy it under the giant Beech Tree.
Also, Gil Ave Park is a meal site on Monday through Friday from July 1 until August 23rd for both Breakfast (8:30am-9am) and Lunch (11am-12pm).
And the Tenney Street Playground is a meal site Monday through Friday from July 1 until August 23rd for both Breakfast (8am-9am) and Lunch (11:30a to 12pm).
